Thank you for your interest in our made-to-order products. Due to the custom nature of these items, we have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity and transparency:
1. No Refunds
All made-to-order items are final sale. Once your order has been placed and payment has been processed, we are unable to offer refunds. This is due to the personalized and unique nature of these products, which are created specifically for you.
2. No Cancellations
Once an order for a made-to-order item has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Our production process begins immediately upon receiving your order, and materials are allocated specifically for your product. As a result, cancellations are not possible.
3. No Exchanges
Due to the customized nature of our made-to-order items, we do not offer exchanges. Please ensure that all details, including size, color, and other specifications, are accurate before placing your order.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement. This does not apply to any damages resulting from customer misuse or wear and tear.

Production Time:
Please note that each of our products requires at least 3 weeks to be crafted. This time is dedicated to sourcing the finest materials, meticulous production, and quality control to ensure you receive a product that exceeds your expectations.
Shipping Time:
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped out. Shipping typically takes an additional 1 week depending on your location.
Total Timeframe:
In total, please allow 4 weeks from the time you place your order until your product arrives at your doorstep.
